To-Do Lists and Organization of Tasks

Clear allows you to keep all of your daily tasks in one neat app. You can create as many lists as you want, and within those lists you can prioritize your daily tasks using a color-coding system to denote how urgent the task is. The beautiful interface is what sets this app apart from others, as almost everything in the app is controlled by gestures.

New to the app market, ToDo by Microsoft replaces the very popular app Wunderlist. ToDo offers an extremely powerful and efficient platform for list management and productivity. You can also import tasks from other Outlook, Todoist, and Wunderlist (so you don’t have to start over if you’ve used these services before).

Todoist is a robust task organization app that allows you to set up personal and professional lists and projects, assign due dates and even allows you to share lists with collaborators and outsourcers.

Google Calendar is an easy to use free online calendar that you can easily share with your family, friends, or business collaborators. 

You can choose who's allowed to make changes to your calendars and who can view them, or keep your Google Calendars completely private.

Calendly takes the busywork of scheduling off your to-do list so you can get more done.  It is a hub for scheduling meetings that eliminates the usual back and forth to set up a mutual agreeable time.  Calendly is my meeting scheduler of choice and integrates with most major online calendars.

Streaks is probably the best looking habit tracking app out there and it’s absolutely the simplest. While you can track any number of habits, it feels built primarily for health-based goals. Streaks automatically brings in your data from Apple’s Health app, which means it can automatically track any exercise habits you have linked in there.

Descript is an all-in-one tool for audio transcription, podcasting, screen recording, audio and video editing.  It's an inclusive software system for editing videos, audios, recording screens and transcribing.  Simple to use, training is extensive.
