support center operator with headsetMost people I talk to who are Part Time in their home business are building an MLM.

Far out!

The benefits of RESIDUAL INCOME are amazing!

Literally, money coming in while you're doing nothing.

You can't beat that, right?

But here's what I also hear from lots of busy Part Timers…

I don't have TIME to recruit, and I'm sick and tired of going to my warm market!

Fair enough, I get that.

Seriously, who has the time to organize and run home parties week in and week out?  Nobody I know who works full time in a traditional job, that's for sure.

Okay, so then what?

Top MLM Recruiting Tips For Part Timer Marketers

I've got 2 solid suggestions for you…

MLM Recruiting Tip #1:  Talk to more people during your everyday activities

Building your MLM team is a numbers game — the more people you talk to and the more presentations you show, the faster your results will be.

And if you're a person with limited time, you've got to make every exposure possibility count!

Getting your coffee, going to the bank, dropping off your dry cleaning, and stopping at the supermarket. These are all PRIME chances to have a conversation with someone to gauge their interest in what you have to offer.

When you meet someone when you're out and about who is extremely GOOD and ENTHUSIASTIC in the job they're doing, be sure to compliment them on their attitude and great service. Then ask them this question…

“I love your attitude!  Thanks for the great service.  Just throwing it out there… are you at all open to generating a side income if it didn't interfere with what you're currently doing?”

Nobody wants to be sold to, but everyone wants to be seen as “open” to new opportunities.

It's a great ice breaker in getting someone to watch your company presentation!

If you need more help with this (what to say, how not to come off looking like a total dweeb), here is a great resource:

MLM Recruiting Tip #2:  Use Social Media to meet people who might be interested in your deal.

There's an art and a science to this as well…

There's a right way and definitely a wrong way to recruit using social media.

For example, NEVER EVER EVER EVER throw someone a link to your deal before they ask for it!

If you do, you'll give away all your power and positioning.

By the way, both strategies work like dynamite and you can totally figure this stuff out for yourself.

These trainings just speed up the process and put you in touch with the folks who are making it happen NOW.

All of these MLM recruiting tips and resources will totally help you out, especially if you're building your business Part Time!
