Emotions…

We all have them.

We all need them in various aspects of our life.

But in business, emotions can work FOR or AGAINST you.

 

When you have a huge “WHY” that drives you to keep going no matter what obstacles you come up against, that emotion works FOR your business in a very big way.

On the other hand, when you buy a product or course on emotion, when in fact it won't help your business in the short term…

That's an example of your emotions working AGAINST YOU.

      It is tricky with emotions. As you said they can work for you or against you. Decisions should not always be made based on emotions. Each emotion should be backed by a serious logical argument.. not all the times but most of the times. Cheers.

      One of the best things you can do is mentally stop yourself, and look at the situation. Ask yourself why you feel frustrated. Write it down, and be specific. Then think of one positive thing about your current situation. For instance, if your boss is late for your meeting, then you have more time to prepare. Or, you could use this time to relax a little
